No. Tap TV Remote is designed to work without account registration.
Why does Tap TV Remote ask for Local Network access?
Local Network access lets the app discover and communicate with compatible TVs on your Wi-Fi network.
Does Tap TV Remote work with every TV?
No. Compatibility depends on the TV model, firmware, network conditions, and available local Wi-Fi control protocol.
What should I do if discovery finds no TV?
Confirm the TV is on the same Wi-Fi network, allow Local Network access, and use manual IP setup when automatic discovery cannot find a compatible TV.
