1. Overview

TidyHalo is an iPhone app that helps people review similar photos, compress large videos, and reclaim storage. The app is designed around a local-first workflow so users can review cleanup suggestions before anything changes.

2. Data We Collect

We do not operate a backend that collects, stores, sells, or shares your photo library, videos, or cleanup history for our own analytics or advertising purposes.

Photo grouping, review signals, and video compression preparation are intended to stay on your device unless you explicitly use a system share or export feature yourself.

3. Photos and Videos Permission

TidyHalo requests access to your photo library so it can scan photo and video metadata, surface similar items, estimate storage savings, and perform the cleanup actions you explicitly confirm.

The app does not automatically delete your media. You review each suggested action before it is applied.

4. Contacts Permission

This release does not expose contact cleanup and does not request Contacts access. If a future version adds contact cleanup, the app privacy information and this policy will be updated before release.

5. Local Storage

The app may store settings, local indexes, review state, protected item markers, and cleanup history on your device so it can reopen recent work and provide a smoother review flow.

6. Purchases and Apple Services

If you buy a subscription or premium plan, Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. We do not receive your App Store payment credentials.

7. Third-Party Services

TidyHalo is intended to function without our own customer-data backend. Standard Apple platform services may still process the technical information required to deliver iCloud Photos access, App Store purchases, and system-level sharing flows.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own services because the app is designed to work without account registration or our own content backend.

照片分组、审阅信号和视频压缩准备默认都在你的设备本地完成，除非你自己主动使用 系统分享或导出功能。

3. 照片与视频权限

TidyHalo 会申请相册权限，用于扫描照片和视频元数据、识别相似内容、估算可释放空间， 并执行你明确确认过的清理动作。

应用不会自动删除媒体内容。每一步建议操作都需要你先审阅并确认。

4. 联系人权限

当前版本不展示联系人清理功能，也不会请求联系人权限。如果未来版本加入联系人清理， App Privacy 信息和本隐私政策会在发布前同步更新。

5. 本地存储

应用可能会在设备本地保存设置、索引、审阅状态、保护项标记和清理历史，以便恢复最近工作 并提供更顺畅的清理体验。

6. 购买与 Apple 服务

如果你购买订阅或高级方案，交易会由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。 我们不会接收你的 App Store 支付凭据。

7. 第三方服务

TidyHalo 设计目标是不依赖自有用户内容后端。Apple 平台服务仍可能处理访问 iCloud 照片、 App Store 购买和系统级分享流程所需的技术信息。

8. 未成年人隐私

由于应用设计为无需账号、无需自有内容后端，我们不会通过自有服务主动收集未成年人个人信息。
