1. Overview

TidyHalo helps you review photo cleanup opportunities and video compression options on your iPhone. These Terms explain the basic rules for using the app and its optional subscription features.

2. Review Before Action

The app is designed to show cleanup suggestions for your review. You are responsible for deciding whether to keep, delete, compress, or otherwise change media items. TidyHalo does not guarantee that every suggestion is correct for your personal library.

3. Subscriptions

TidyHalo may offer auto-renewable subscriptions such as Week Pro and Year Pro. Subscription prices, trial terms, billing periods, and renewal details are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

4. Free Trials and Offers

If a free trial, introductory offer, promotional offer, or discount is available, eligibility and final terms are determined by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase sheet. After a trial or offer ends, the subscription renews at the standard price shown at the time of purchase unless you cancel before renewal.

5. Restore and Access

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use Restore Purchases in the app or your Apple ID subscription settings to recover active subscription access. Apple remains the payment and subscription account authority.

6. No Professional Advice

Storage estimates and cleanup suggestions are informational. You should review important photos and videos before making changes and maintain backups for content you cannot replace.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass App Store purchase systems, reverse engineer paid access, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or Apple platform terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms when the app, subscription features, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest published version.

5. 恢复购买与访问权限

如果你重新安装应用或更换设备，可以在应用内使用 Restore Purchases，或通过 Apple ID 订阅设置恢复有效订阅权限。Apple 是付款和订阅账户的管理方。

6. 非专业建议

存储空间估算和清理建议仅供参考。在修改重要照片或视频前，请先审阅内容，并为无法替代的 内容保留备份。

7. 合理使用

你同意不滥用应用、不尝试绕过 App Store 购买系统、不逆向破解付费访问权限，也不以违反 适用法律或 Apple 平台条款的方式使用本应用。

8. 条款变更

当应用、订阅功能或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本条款。页面顶部的生效日期代表 当前发布版本。
